Ranch Remodel Ojai, California
Another typical post war house, built in Ojai and ready for remodeling. The design concepts were “simple, clean, airy, Asian/Craftsman influence. Rather than demolish the entire house, the owner decided to remodel the existing home, but bring it up to today’s standards. Walls were removed to open up the interior – a new kitchen and baths were added – new doors and windows – the house was insulated and re-sided

This multi phased design and build project revitalizes an original 1950’s house using the design concept “Sonoma Valley hip Country Home.” This ranch style remodel included an addition with a new kitchen, a face lift of the front elevation, and a remodeled master bedroom and bath.
