Please excuse the slightly cartoon-ish look of the renderings – I use an excellent program that actually lets me virtually build the building. I can pretty quickly create scale models.
All of these ideas can be flipped – switched – open/close sections etc. Just preliminary ideas – feel free to love or hate any part of it … this is to get the discussion started
The building has a 10′ high ceiling plate – standard would be 8′
Slab floors
Metal roof – may want composite roof to keep cost down – especially of covered with solar

This building is 55′ x 22′ – essentially 5 garage spaces
